The Hetero has invited applications for the post of Finance & Accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Profit analysis of Overseas subsidiaries and detailed analysis for Expenses
- Verification of Monthly expenses of all overseas offices with approved budgets and internal policies to ensure the accuracy and rational.
- Checking of monthly MIS reports & Financials received from overseas offices cross verify with expenses submitted to ensure the correctness.
- Analyzing expenses and communicate with the concerned in overseas offices about any clarifications w.r.t any irregularity/deviations from budgets/approvals etc.
- Detailed verification and reporting of product registration expenses co-ordinate with regulatory department for approvals before making payments.
- Checking the expenses against annual approved budgets & monthly forecasts and report the variance if any against actuals.
- Checking the bank balances at overseas offices regularly and arrange the fund transfers by providing the statutory documentation required for the remittances.
- Ensure the correctness/recording of all Intern company transactions and doing intercompany/branch reconciliations etc.
- Support the overseas entities/offices with the required documents related to Audit, legal and other secretarial matters.
- Communicate with service providers of overseas entities with respect any statutory requirements applicable to overseas offices and provide required support from HO.
Qualifications:
- CA in Any Specialization,ICWA (CMA) in Any Specialization
- 5 to 10 year(s) of experience
