The Government notified the Courts for trial of cases under Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002(PMLA) in Rajasthan.
The notification seeks to amendment notification number S.O. 372(E), dated 5th February 2016.
The Government empowered conferred under section 43(1) of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002, and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the concerned High Court, the Central Government notified Court of Special Judge, CBI No. 3, Jaipur as a court for the trial of cases under PMLA for the whole state of Rajasthan.
