The Ministry of Economics Affairs notified the M. Rajeshwar Rao Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India as the member of Management Board of Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The Government empowered under clause (c) of Sub-Section 1 of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 amended the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992.
In the said Notification, against serial number 3, for the existing entry, the “M. Rajeshwar Rao Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India”, shall be substituted.
