The institute of company secretaries India (ICSI) is conducting a webinar on Board Meeting, General Meeting & remote Working – IT Perspective for members.
Due to recent pandemic, the work culture of Corporates & Professionals has undergone a change significantly. The overall way of holding the meetings of corporate has also changed from physical mode to online mode. All these and more, deem it necessary to discuss and deliberate upon the need to empower the corporate leaders and the key decision-makers by strengthening their knowledge base.
ICSI being the forefront in the field of Corporate Governance is committed to updating the members and students. In view of the same IT Committee of ICSI has started a new initiative “IT Empowerment of Corporate Leaders”.
In view of the above, the ICSI has scheduled a Webinar on Board Meeting, General
Meeting & Remote Working – IT Perspective to be held on Wednesday, 17th June 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The webinar would be addressed by Shri Rushabh Shah VP (Marketing & Sales), Swarnim Touch Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Shri Ajay Pandey General Manager – IT Services, Softel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and moderated by CS Chetan Patel, Chairman IT Committee, ICSI.
