The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has decided to revise and deploy certain e-forms in the common portal.
“PAS-3,DPT-3,MGT-6,MGT-15,MGT-14,ADT-1,ADT-2,SH-7 and URC-1 e-forms are likely to be revised and deployed shortly. Stakeholders may plan accordingly,” a statement appeared in the official website of the Ministry said.
eForm PAS-3 is required to be filed at the time when a company having a share capital makes any allotment of securities.
Form DPT-3 is required to be filed pursuant to rule 16 of the of theCompanies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014.
eForm MGT-6 is required to be filed pursuant to section 89(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Special Resolutions passed in the companies shall be filed with MCA in Form MGT-14, in which certified copies of such resolutions are to be attached.
Report on Annual General Meeting shall be filed in Form MGT 15 within 30 days from the completion of AGM.
