The Ernst & Young Global Limited has invited applications for the post of TPRM/IT Audit Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of TPRM engagements/ projects
- Manage the design and implementation of operating models, identifying, evaluating, and providing solutions to evaluate complex business and technology risks
- Build connect with client stakeholders, understand their business challenges/pain areas, and work with EY leadership to propose innovative solutions
- Lead process walkthrough discussions to document end-to-end business processes and functional requirements
- Lead the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support project scope
- Perform third party assessments and guide the client to mitigate the identified risk
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, EY products, and service lines
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients to achieve exceptional client service
- Manage the engagements by organizing staffing, tracking financials, project management, and tracking of issues
- Build a focused and specialized team to deliver multiple TPRM projects
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 5-8 years of work experience in Third Party Risk Management
- CA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP or other relevant certification
- 2-5 years’ experience in consulting or professional services firm managing a team of consultants
- Experience in drafting winning proposals and pre-sales activities
- Has performed external/ internal audit for at least 3 years
- Knowledge of risk management, risks, and controls concepts
- Knowledge of principles of ERM, GRC concepts, information security and data privacy, leading security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), certification reports (SOC 1, SOC 2, etc.) and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO, OCEG, etc.)
- Third-party risk management knowledge, along with audit experience and project management
- Experience in planning, executing, and reporting third-party risk assessments
- Experience with current state assessment/diagnostic, design & build, enhancement, and implementation of third-party risk management programs including governance & oversight, third-party inventory, risk approach and models, policies, and standards, TPRM processes and technology, automation, and reporting
- Knowledge and experience related to the diverse set of risks associated to third parties such as geopolitical risk, reputational risk, financial risk, regulatory and compliance risk, digital risk, cyber and privacy risk, operational risk, strategic risk, and business continuity & resiliency risk
- An understanding of and/or implementation experience with a variety of TPRM and/or GRC tools and technologies (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, ProcessUnity, , etc.)
- Knowledge of any of the following industries/sectors: finance, oil and gas, healthcare, life sciences, media & entertainment, technology & telecom, consumer products & retail, and power & utilities, including relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience in managing a team and various projects or processes to completion
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent writing and communication skills
- A willingness to travel estimated at 40-60%
- Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to speak and work with Business Units, Top Management
