The QX Global Services LLP has invited applications for the post of Trainee Apprentice.
QX is the first outsourcing company in India to be GDPR compliant; efforts led by in-house Certified GDPR Practitioner.
Qualifications:
- 6 or fewer ACCA papers clear & Bachelors in Commerce (B Com)
- 7 to 9 ACCA papers clear & Pursuing 3rd Year B Com
- 10 or more ACCA papers clear
- CA – Inter / Final
- Throughout 55 percent in SSC, HSC and Graduation
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting/Advanced Accounting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel Skills.
- Penchant for numbers.
- An eye for detail and keen to learn with positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
1st year 1-6-month training:
- Theoretical and practical Advance Excel – using formulas – pivot, lookup etc.
- Accounting terminology
- Detailed Training on UK/US accounting and bookkeeping concepts, working papers
- Training on Business Tax and Personal Tax Cloud software certification – e.g. XERO certificate
6-12 month
- Assisting in preparing Year end accounts, VATs and management account.
- Assisting in payroll and Tax return processing.
- Working on cloud based software – like XERO / QB / TaxCalc / receipt bank
2nd year
- Preparing on Year end accounts, VATs and management account. Assisting in payroll and Tax return processing.
- Working on cloud based software – like XERO / QB / TaxCalc / receipt bank
- Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) -disclosure
- Email communication with UK/US client
3rd year
- Finalization of year end accounts, Management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT
- Helping to TL/Manager in review task also in in
- Work flow planning and achieving team target.
- Communication – (email/calls) with UK/US client.
- A chance to work with UK/US client as a dedicated member – depend of skills
Location: Training period will be 6 months and on training completion, will be posted to Ahmedabad/Baroda/Mumbai/Noida office. *During training one has to work from home.
