The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has invited applications for the post of Technical Member in National Company Law Tribunal under Section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013. National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT) is a quasi-judicial body in India that adjudicates issues relating to Indian companies. National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT) was established under the Companies Act 2013 and was constituted on 1 June 2016 by the Modi government.
Technical Member: 12 Posts
Educational Requirements: A person shall be qualified for appointment as a Technical Member if he/she, is/ has been in practice as a Chartered Accountant for at least fifteen years and he/she has completed the age of 50 (fifty years) [Section 413(2) of Companies Act, 2013] as on the last date of receipt of application.
