The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has invited applications for the posts of Manager (Admin), Admin Officer, Finance Officer.
The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a scientific society of the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India.
Manager (Admin)
Qualifications:
- Two years full time MBA/PG in Admin /Management / LLB / equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience in admin.
- Processes or procedures required to be followed w.r.t. various permissions required from Govt. authorities;.
- Knowledge about labour laws, tender process including GeM procurements.
- Liasoning with other government offices w.r.t. establishment, MSEB, Water Dept., Police, Legal etc.
- Compliance of rules and regulations on establishment and service matters.
- Knowledge of MS-Office & computerized work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional leadership and resource management skills.
Location: Pune.
Admin Officer
Qualifications:
- Two years Full Time MBA in management/ HR /personnel management/ LLB/ PG in relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience in admin.
- Processes or procedures required to be followed as per Govt rules.
- Vendor management, HR related activities, liasoning with other government offices.
- Knowledge about labour laws, tender process including GeM procurements, CCS Rules, GFR Rules etc.
- Recruitment of outsourced employees, manpower planning, conducting training sessions, attendance process, pay roll process.
- Knowledge of service related matters and establishment rules.
- Knowledge of MS-Office & computerized work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Kolkata, Patna.
Finance Officer
Qualifications:
- C.A. OR
- Two years Full Time MBA in Finance/ CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preparation of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Posting of Ledger Accounts.
- Preparation of Trial Balance and Final Accounts.
- Knowledge of TA and LTC Rules.
- Principles of Auditing, Income Tax and Service Tax Rules.
- Interaction with CAG auditors.
- Knowledge of Purchase related activities including GeM procurements.
Location: Kolkata, Patna, Silchar.
