Role & Responsibilities:
Supports the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions. Per-forms benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB.
• Works with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and iden-tify market trends.
• Prepares financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzes impact to the organization. Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the relevant organization.

• Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports through reconciliation and review of exceptions. Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. • Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplica-tions, and coordinating information requirements.
• Performs controls within their area of responsibility, as designed. Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.
