The Agilent has invited applications for the post of Finance Associate.

The resulting IPO of Agilent stock was the largest in the history of Silicon Valley at the time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
- Financial analysis/ reviews to assure integrity and quality of financial information and ensure that Payroll accounting and operations are complied with the Agilent’s Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls.
- Lead various enterprise-wide and process-related improvement projects.
- Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.
- Hands on person who can handle work pressures, and lead by example.
- Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.
- Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.
- Facilitate strong relationship with business partners especially HR team, Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.
- Enable and provide guidance, direction and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
- Build strong relationship with business partners especially HR team, Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.
- Should be a good team player.
Qualifications:
- ACCA affiliate / member.
- 0 – 3 years of Experience
Salary: ~7.5 to 8.2 lakhs including bonus
