The GSK plc, formerly GlaxoSmithKline plc has invited applications for the post of Manager – C&C GPO Transactional Processes.
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of existing BOTs and RPAs and drive future automation deployments. Identify and flag potential activities for automation
- Take ownership of existing Service Now Catalogue items and drive future service offerings in Service Now.
- Management of ReconNet related reports and solutions
- Be the first line of support to deep dive and assist with the arbitration of any issues related to clarity of taxonomy or where changes are proposed
- SME for Data Capture Forms (DCFs) within the scope of Transactional Services
- Coordinate Data Collection, tracking progress and reporting status
- Develop and document proposed Taxonomy. Create/ modify Visions and update GSOPs in timely manner.
- Design and document processes including E2E taxonomy to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Design, document and deploy optimized, standardized processes across Global Finance Services
- Review and update policy to optimize process
- Ensure controls are optimized to balance risk and efficiency
- Support Transactional Services GPO Team and act as back- up, as when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level of Education Required -Accounting degree or post duration in management with an accounting degree.
- Preferred Level of Education – Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Understanding of Intercompany Reconciliation tools, Macros, Microsoft Excel, VBA.
- Experience of Finance Process Transformation
- Sound understanding of SAP
- Experience of Service Now and other cloud-based technologies
