The All India Cost & Management Accountants Association (AICMAA) has issued a formal notice to its members, emphasizing that any official communication with Ministry and Regulatory Bodies shall be exclusively conducted by the President, Secretary, or an Authorized Spokesperson only.

The Notice, dated March 3, 2025, and bearing reference AICMAA/N/01/2025 was issued through the official X handle of the All India CMA Association (@AICMAA).
The Notice, issued in the backdrop of various authoritative and regulatory bodies being wary of fraudulent communication claiming to be from official authoritative bodies flooding the internet, leaving professionals perplexed and Government Authorities fighting against tie to thwart any potential repercussions from the same.

The AICMAA has reinforced that they shall not be responsible for any actions or statements by individuals besides the afore-mentioned designated individuals, claiming to be on behalf of AICMAA.
Urging all associated professionals to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discipline while interacting with external entities, AICMAA has reiterated the need to uphold the dignity of the Cost & Management Accountancy profession in the public arena.
CMA Satya Krishna Nandhyala, the Secretary of AICMAA who undersigned the Notice, in closing, called on all AICMAA members to strictly adhere with the guidelines to ensure the strength and respect commanded by the profession both, within and outside the industry.
