Job duties and responsibilities:

• Independent handling of finalization of income tax-returns for L&T and its S&A companies
• Handling of transfer pricing matters including assessments
• Handling various advisory services, analysis of case laws
• Tax audit, tax returns, tax assessments
• Preparation and Submission of Appeals
• Handling tax assessments and litigation before appellate authorities

Experience:

 5-10 years

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: UG -B.Com – Commerce
• PG - CA - Second Attempt, First Attempt
• Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
