Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage projects in digital transformation, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and IT governance for the Oil & Gas sector.
• Consulting Expertise: Provide strategic consulting services and manage digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and performance for clients in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Digitalization & Technology Integration: Oversee the successful implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies and systems for upstream Oil & Gas projects, including AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison with client stakeholders, understanding their needs, setting expectations, and ensuring project success through effective communication and project delivery.
• Project Delivery Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and resolving challenges proactively.
• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, cost controls, resource allocation, and financial forecasting, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory requirements for projects related to digitalization, data analytics, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse project team, promoting professional growth and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
