The Whirlpool has Invited applications for the post of Deputy Manager– Financial Reporting & Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- As an individual contributor, deliver financial reporting and accounting support for global functions such as NAR FP&A, ID&A and NAR Commercial Finance including Capex investment analytics (Pre and Post both)
- Supervise and deliver GPO, KASA & GPH reporting and analytics.
- Supporting capital allocation across different product categories (e.g. Cooking / Refrigeration etc) using business defined financial metrics such as NPV/ IRR / ROI
- Deliver CI projects – identify opportunities and execute the ideas to improve in-scope processes.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
- Stakeholder Management
- Managing Process KPI and deliver on SLAs
- People leadership (appraisal / objectives / development) responsibilities for the direct reports including identifying and developing a succession plan.
Qualifications:
- CA/ CA Inter / MBA Finance and Advanced Accounting knowledge (represented by B.Com / M.com)
- Experience with one Data Analytics / Dashboarding tool is MUST (Google Data Studio /Tableau working experience preferred)
- Experience- CA with 2-3year experience or MBA/ CA Inter with 5-6 years experience (Team handling experience of 2-3 years will be preferable)
- Accounting and Reporting experience MUST using SAP as a tool for at least 3-4 years out of 5-6 years
