The Bank of America has invited applications for the post of Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Spreading of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement, Changes in the stockholders equity) over Moody Risk Analyst (MRA)
- Analyzing financial statements in the form of Ratio Analysis, identifying financial manipulations, forecasting financial performance to evaluate the Financial/Credit Risk
- Preparing detailed write up on the financial health and trend of the vendors
- Assigning Risk Ratings to the vendors of the bank
- Participating in business review Meetings with CEOs/CFOs/Financial Execs of all Third Parties
- Managing other due diligence activities
- Participating in special projects as a project lead or resource without any impact to his/her BAU tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CS, CWA
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience of working on MRA (Moody’s Risk Analyst)
- Experience in Vendor Management / Vendor Risk Domain
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite- advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
- Ability to develop process improvements and efficiencies
- Proven ability to apply business knowledge creatively for identification of potential solutions to business issues
