Commvault has invited applications for the post of Staff Accountant, Order Management/Revenue Recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CA/ICWA/CS Inter, MBA
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Attention to detail and accurate work
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Salesforce.com knowledge
• NetSuite knowledge
• Flexibility with work schedule on month and quarter end deadlines

Responsibilities

• Worldwide sales order bookings

• Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition
• Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings
• Licensing of sales orders
• Invoicing of orders adding applicable sales tax and sending them to customers
• Working on AR Management
• Posting Cash Receipts and Journal entries for WHT
• Review and Approval of Sales Invoices
• Professional services billing and revenue recognition
• Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault.
• Preparation and Reconciliation of GL accounts on monthly basis
• Credit review of customers
