QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CA/ICWA/CS Inter, MBA
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Attention to detail and accurate work
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Salesforce.com knowledge
- NetSuite knowledge
- Flexibility with work schedule on month and quarter end deadlines
Responsibilities
- Worldwide sales order bookings
- Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition
- Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings
- Licensing of sales orders
- Invoicing of orders adding applicable sales tax and sending them to customers
- Working on AR Management
- Posting Cash Receipts and Journal entries for WHT
- Review and Approval of Sales Invoices
- Professional services billing and revenue recognition
- Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault.
- Preparation and Reconciliation of GL accounts on monthly basis
- Credit review of customers
