The Jubilant Pharma Limited has invited applications for the post of AM - Finance & Accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Overall Order to cash cycle will be the responsibility, which includes billing, AR collection, maintaining files, communicating with stakeholders.
• Accounting of Payments Received from Stockiest, distributor , Institutions & Amounts Payable to Liasioning with Agent
• Coordinating with CFA's( Clearing & Forwarding Agents)
• Passing collection, JV entries including Reversal & Rectification.
• Customer Ledger Reconciliation, Knocking off and balance confirmations.
• Finalization of various month end and year end closing entries
• Monthly Debtors Reconciliation and sign offs.
• Providing various MIS reports to senior Management and flagging issues and concerns.
• Weekly follow up on overdue outstanding with filed and CFA
• Invoicing and debit / credit notes , clearing of accounts
• Accounting of Receipts in the system and closing month end receipt entries.

Qualification:

• Commerce Graduate/ CA
• Graduate/ Diploma in relevant field
• 5-8 years of Experience
