The Jubilant Pharma Limited has invited applications for the post of AM – Finance & Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Overall Order to cash cycle will be the responsibility, which includes billing, AR collection, maintaining files, communicating with stakeholders.
- Accounting of Payments Received from Stockiest, distributor , Institutions & Amounts Payable to Liasioning with Agent
- Coordinating with CFA’s( Clearing & Forwarding Agents)
- Passing collection, JV entries including Reversal & Rectification.
- Customer Ledger Reconciliation, Knocking off and balance confirmations.
- Finalization of various month end and year end closing entries
- Monthly Debtors Reconciliation and sign offs.
- Providing various MIS reports to senior Management and flagging issues and concerns.
- Weekly follow up on overdue outstanding with filed and CFA
- Invoicing and debit / credit notes , clearing of accounts
- Accounting of Receipts in the system and closing month end receipt entries.
