Job Description

Individual will be a contributing member of the Reg reporting data operations team, with engagement in activities like Data validation, data reconciliation. This would also include data analysis, issue resolution and testing, preparation of control and management reports. Individual is required to have good understanding of banking products and related attributes. Additionally, the individual is required to have good understanding of financial products to prepare & analyze trend/transparency reports to align with business drivers.

Responsibilities

Individual will be required to assist in performing following responsibilities (this is an indicative list and could vary depending on business priorities)

  • Mechanics of the Activity Based Costing data and methodologies
  • Data reconciliation with GL
  • Assist in Projects – laying test cases & writing test scripts, testing data
  • Data validation
  • Analyze impact of any changes to Profit database, calculation rules, etc. and communicate accordingly
  • Develop & execute test scripts, Analyze results of testing –identify defects and solution for items out of tolerance
  • Documentation – Maintain process documentations
  • Continually identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

 Education

Bachelors/Masters in Finance

 Certifications If Any

Experience Range

6 to 8

 Foundational skills

  • • Excellent knowledge of activity based costing and accounting concepts
  • Knowledge of financial products such as equities, bonds, options, swaps and other traded derivatives.
  • • Ability to independently communicate with stakeholders
  • • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, every-changing, highly collaborative environment
  • • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and good with numbers
  • • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong rapport, respect and trust with key stakeholders and constituents
