QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• B COM & MBA
• 5+ years of finance experience
• Knowledge of financial controls and procedures
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Experience in handling internal & external audits

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational reconciliation of validating Employee Masters, Validating Taxes on Relocation Benefit and Stock Benefits.
• This position involves understanding upsteam systems to dive deep historical records to resolve the variances.
• This position will support the Management in all aspects of reporting systems, procedures, and policies.
• This position will also play an important role in promoting systems/process development within department to ensure ongoing efficiency and control improvements.
• The successful candidate will have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
