B Com + Post Graduate/ (M.Com / MBA (Fin) ) or CA/CMA Inter
Experience
4 to 5 years
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Budget for Plant for Revex, welfare etc .
- Providing budget in WBS to Plants various Dept and control the same
- Budget vs Actual variance analysis all Items, Analysis of Previous Year /Period Vs Current Year /Period
- Monitor & Control Plant conversion cost monthly basis
- Preparing & Review of various MIS reports, /Analysis & Regular Scrutiny of P&L and Balance Sheet Items.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives along with Operations
- General Expense Accounting / Bill booking, Payment & related audit and MIS activities
- Ensure Timely Monthly Accounts closing and preparation and submission of Monthly /Quarterly closing formats
- Ensure accurate expense provisions & Prepaid Expenses Adjustments
- Scrap Disposal Accounting, control and customers reconciliation
- Regular Monitoring of Capital work in Progress and ensure timely capitalisation of Fixed Assets and releasing monthly MIS of Fixed Assets
- Preparing and review Fixed Assets Register and ensuring Physical verification of Fixed Assets as per requirement
- Bank Reconciliation, ensure timely closure of bank open entries
