• General Experience 8-10 Years
• Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning
• Planning & Strategizing
• Logistics Planning
• RSO Establishment & Management
• Working capital Management
• Regulatory compliance

Responsibility

• Ability to convert sales demand into production plans based on indepth understanding of capacities
• Ensure availability of suitable product mix which takes into regional/seasonal demand
• Coordination with the plant to get right product mix on time in order to ensure availability to sales
• Ensuring timely compliance with the dispatch plan
• FG & WIP Inventory Management
• Application building planning as per sales requirement
• Minimizing levels of ageing/accidental stocks
• Logistics Planning, Driver engagement & empowerment
• Working with multiple 3rd party and internal interfaces in order to ensure timely meeting of commitments
• Executing activities effectively in order to maximize service to sales
• Channelizing efforts to overcome any problems faced at different parts of the support cycle
• Planning in order to manage RSO and transportation related costs
• Developing & Implementing operational processes for ensuring / adherance of regulatory & Commercial compliance
