Cisco has invited applications for the post of Finance Analyst.

Qualification

• Candidate with a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Commerce/Accounting and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and learn things quickly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines.
• Must have excellent knowledge in MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices in accordance with the terms of the specific contract and in accordance with standard operating procedure.
• Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies.
• Be the billing point of contact for all the billing related items.
• Maintain and update billing process documentation.
• Participate in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close by completing assigned responsibilities by due date.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Auditing of Invoicing process.
