The EY invited applications for the post of Senior Analyst-Tax-TMT-TAX-Indirect Tax-Core.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree -B.Com (P/H).

Experience

• Minimum Atleast 1 -2 year of work experience in Tax.
• Prior experience/insight into GST and Customs, as also the erstwhile Indirect taxation viz. Sales Tax/ Service Tax/Central Excise is desirable
• Good inter-personal skills and good acumen of client business are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client responsibilities:

• Be responsible for complete execution of the assigned engagements (a) Preparation and assistance with return filing and report generation.
• Be aware of services that the practice provides-Build internal networks to develop understanding of service line offerings and bring potential opportunities to the attention of the team.
• Understand the basic technical issues during reviewing data and bring discrepancies / additional data requirements to the attention of the team.
• Coordinate with the manager/senior executive regards the planning and management of assignments.
• Provide input for process improvements/automation.
• Provide quality service, be commercial and reduce rework.
