Qualifications

  • BCom, M Com
  • Years of Experience: 3 to 6 Years
  • Business Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Accounting Operations, Financial Accounting
  • Experience in financial management, including month-end accruals and financial reporting
  • Excellent coordination skills to work collaboratively with South Zone teams for their operational requirements
  • Proficient in preparing monthly financial views and trackers
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to handle various aspects of finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in using financial tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of month-end accrual processes and financial reporting.
  • Experience in E-commerce/FMCG is an added benefit.

Responsibility

  • Month-end Accruals:
  • Coordinate and oversee the process of month-end accruals to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Work closely with South Zone teams to gather necessary information and support for accurate accruals.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Collaborate with South Zone teams to understand and address their operational finance requirements.
  • Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between finance and operational teams.
  • Monthly Views and Trackers:
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial views and trackers to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Analyze data and present key findings to support decision-making processes.
  • Financial Handling:
  • Take charge of various financial tasks, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
  • Explore automation options and tech enablers to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring prompt closure of any open points or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth financial operations.
  • Data Management:
  • Manage large volumes of financial data efficiently.
  • Adapt to the evolving business environment and proactively address challenges.
