The Google has invited applications for the post of Business Operations Manager, Global Delivery Center.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the process for demand and supply management of resources in collaboration with hiring managers and staffing.
- Forecast and allocate resources as per the demand and capacity planning.
- Develop business continuity plans and conduct business performance reviews across operational metrics with internal stakeholders to solve problems and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as a skilled problem solver and facilitator with all stakeholders.
- Define, launch, and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal processes and operations; work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years experience in an analytical or consultative role with experience working with client and stakeholder executives
- Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) Enterprise Sales/ GTM planning lifecycle in consumption driven technology businesses particularly Iaas and Cloud
- Experience working with data sets and analytical tools (e.g SQL) and extracting insights
- MBA/Master’s degree or other equivalent degree
- Experience building and storyboarding on slides, speeches, and briefing documents
- Experience working in areas like GTM, Sales, Customer Success
- Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured challenges into insights, plans, and recommendations in a constantly evolving environment
