The Google has invited applications for the post of Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Cloud Support.
The Strategy and Operations organization is the team that supports business units within Google. In this role, you will be a part of the Google Cloud Support team. In Google Cloud Support focus on delivering leadership and executive narratives to help advance the Google Cloud Support mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, finance, business, quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, planning function, or business operations.
- Experience in influencing executive management and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in program management, operational processes, and leading and executing projects.
- Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a consulting firm or support organization.
- Experience with datasets, synthesizing insights, and recommending actions from data.
- Knowledge of enterprise business, cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve operational problems, key analysis, and generate insights and recommendations.
- Identify, develop, and maintain operational performance metrics for the business.
- Create clear and simple narratives to inform and influence executives.
- Drive prioritization of initiatives that enhance Google Cloud Support.
- Identify opportunities for the organization to increase effectiveness in the business.
