• Provide insights into supplier performance, trends, and spend forecasts to help data driven decision making, spend optimization and governance.
• Evaluate the value proposition of various ECS supplier spend categories by assessing factors such as Strategic spend, Cost savings, Risk identification, SLA Impact
• Develop and maintain models for Spend data by supplier, region, category and other dimension to enable simulations and cost analysis
• Service delivery- Delivery quality, partner performance & stakeholder perception
