The Ernst & Young has invited application for the post of Asso. / Asst. Manager – BCM / Finance.
The Business Consulting team will help clients on their Financial Services including Banking and Capital markets transformation and optimization project. Working with regional and global team, you will help clients by demonstrating business and technology expertise across end-to-end banking lifecycles and operating models in Digital Banking including automation.
Responsibilities:
- Part of a dynamic team of professionals undertaking Financial Services including Banking and Capital markets domain transformation and optimization projects
- Lead a workstream or being part of the workstream of Business consulting/finance domain consultants
- Worked in the capacity of consultant- demonstrated knowledge about finance value chain to identify gaps and suggest improvement areas in the processes and functions, Finance/Process transformation, Strategy and Future Roadmap, operating model design, benchmarking, CX Transformation, exposure to digital enablement on Banking domain
- Exposure or experience in digital solutions, automation projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments
- Participate actively in supporting the Senior Manager in building an industry focused practice; Specialization in a specific sector will be an added advantage
- Support business development activities through both leading/participate in pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients
- Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise

Qualifications:
- CA/ACCA/CFA/Master’s degree in MBA Finance
- 5 – 8 years of consulting work experience in Banking and Capital Markets, good understanding of Payment gateway, retail banking, corporate banking, credit cards, capital management, LIBOR Transaction, KYC, POS, exposure to process/finance transformation, improving customer experience projects and process automation projects
- Strong Dashboarding skills – have experience in data visualization on tools like Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Alteryx and Power BI.
- Good to have ERP/SAP/ Blackline/ MS Dynamics exposure
- Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM – 8.30 PM), as preferred (supporting Middle East Clients)
