Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant ( ICAI )
• Articleship with other big four or mid-tier accounting firms
• ACCA / CPA with 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Non-Qualified ( B. Com ) with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Assurance.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards or knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP and International review standards is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills
• Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills
• Ability to spread positive work culture, teaming and live EY values.

Responsibility:

• Performing analysis of business performance versus Plan and forecast.
• Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the Division Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and analyse the drivers of financial performance.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports as per Division / function’s request Supporting preparation of relevant functions for financial reporting, business planning & forecasting.
• Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries, divisions and business units.
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are implemented in line with Group and unit requirements Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.
• Maintain SOPs for all activities performed
