The Vi invited applications for the post of Manager – Channel Management / Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferable CA / ICWA / MBA
- B.COM / M.COM with 5 years of experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding of channel partners into the accounting system and billing systems
- Validation and timely release of payouts of Prepaid / Postpaid Retail and Enterprise Channel Partners
- Analysis of Schemes and Payout to Channel Partner and share insights to Management for better decision making.
- Assistance to channel partners through preparing payout invoices for submission by channel partners and GST reimbursements
- Automate Channel COCA in DSM Scheme studio and Invoice to Channel partners
- Front ending on channel partner issues relating to payouts and other concerns.
- Full and final settlement of channel partners in coordination with sales team.
- Initiate appropriate approvals in any process deviation to channel partner payments
- Assistance in submission of monthly cost to internal stakeholders and corporate
- Perform store reconciliations relating to all the financial transactions performed at VIL stores of Mumbai cluster
- Coordination in audit of VIL stores of Mumbai cluster and ensure closure of audit issues as raised by external auditors
- Review Collection accounting reconciliation and drive open variances if any.
- Support for any other activity from time to time.
- Engage and Drive Initiatives for helping in improving Channel and Trade satisfaction.
- Smooth Business operation and support to channel in resolution of queries and improve the overall TAT.
