Job Description
- Filling of vouchers and bills
- Statutory Compliance
- Preparation of MIS as per company standard formats
- General Ledger Scrutiny
- Scrutinize ledger accounts on a daily basis and ensure error-free entries at all times and also have a glance at other ledgers also, and discuss any concerns.
- Daily Planning Skills of the Tasks
- Plan daily tasks of self and also the staff under the candidate
- Constantly Upgrading knowledge to ensure proper accounting
- Ensure you keep upgrading your own domain knowledge, including statutory, pertaining to the above responsibilities.
- Coordination with internal and statutory
- Coordinate during the internal audit / statutory audit and any other assessments audits
Required Candidate profile
- Applicant must be a Chartered Accountant or CA / CMA / CA Inter with a minimum of 7 years of experience out of a minimum of 3 years working as Manager Finance & Accounts.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Should have worked previously in Manufacturing / Trading / Retails industry
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaison with various departments within the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage to change priorities
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Tally is mandatory
