- Possess good knowledge of MS Excel as well as decent communication skills (verbal as well as written).
- Innovation – able to bring new ideas, willing to try/test out-of-the-box ideas.
- Problem-solving skills, and ability to work under timelines.
- Positive working attitude. Multi-Tasking. Ability to partner well with stakeholders.
- Decent accounting knowledge and understanding of the flow of transactions.
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance being TDS, PF, GST
