The ABB invited applications for the post of Internal Control Specialist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce CA / CWA / CA Inter / CWA Inter
- Minimum 5 plus Years of experience in similar role
- Experience in SAP, Power BI and in Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Budget, and Forecasting
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player – find flexible ways in a multi-cultural environment to solve problems and drive collaboration to create a win-win
Responsibilities
- Performing the analysis of group’s financial results and preparation of various management reports with accuracy on timely basis
- Performing internal control/risk assessment, finding gaps and define remediation action plan against the deficiencies
- Implementation of SOP and tools to support the financial planning activities in own area of responsibility
- Providing input for external financial reporting, including management discussion and analysis. Leading process improvement and cost saving initiatives
- Facilitating knowledge and best practice sharing within the finance community. Organizing and delivering training on various controlling tools and processes in the area of responsibility
- Assessing ‘’As Is’’ process, identification of gaps and defining ‘’To Be’’ process for OTC, PTP and Inventory related areas
- Coordinating with Internal Control Manager for implementation of various tools and practices
