QUALIFICATIONS

• A master’s degree in finance and accounting or professional Qualifications (CA or CMA or MBA finance).
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Controlling and Planning and controlling level.
• Proven Process Management knowledge and experience (e.g., finance process modelling, Business Process Management).
• Proficient in MS Office, incl. Excel, Power Point, good understanding of IT systems: ERP, knowledge in SAP – FICO module, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions. Fluent in English and good communication skills mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Support and drive the execution of continuous process improvements.

b) Ensure process management, standardization and innovation.

c) Participate in regular process performance validation in order to enable KPI based process performance steering.

d) Manage key process stakeholder’s interactions.

e) Review the key identified process inefficiencies and misalignments vs. the Process Standards.

f) Month end GL review, provision calculations and accounting.

g) Analytical review of Balance sheet and P&L accounts.

h) Account reconciliations.

i) MIS reports and dashboard preparation.

j) Cost Center review.

k) Absorption analysis.
