Qualification

• Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12+ years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience. 

• CA , CWA , CMA , MBA in Finance - Anyone of the Qualification is a must . 

• 10-12 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Finance and Controlling. 

• Proven experience with at least three end-to-end SAP implementations, each within a 1 to 1.5-year span. 

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, and Central Finance (CFIN). 

• Familiarity with middleware and integration technologies. 

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. 

Knowledge and Skills:

• SAP Implementation: 

• Lead and oversee three end-to-end SAP implementations, ensuring each project is completed within 1 to 1.5 years 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals. 

Techno-Functional Expertise:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA, including modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Central Finance (CFIN), and middleware. 

• Design and implement SAP solutions that meet the specific needs of the finance and controlling functions. 

• Business Process Optimization: 

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. 

• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and pain points, proposing effective SAP solutions. 

• Ensure that the SAP system is configured to optimize financial operations and reporting. 

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SAP consultants and team members. 

• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and trends, incorporating best practices into the organization’s SAP landscape. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Finance and Controlling. 

• Stakeholder Management: 

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and business leaders on project status, risks, and opportunities. 

• Manage external vendors and consultants, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
