Responsibilities:
- Co - ordination in arranging of Business case inputs (Volume, Lead model, discounts, warranty, Capex & Revex).
- Old Open commitment closure with help of user department
- Preparation of SOP & closure document.
- Hold project- Keep track of hold project.
- Monitoring of hours booking on project.
Budget and Business case Monitoring-
- Compilation of project for budget.
- Review and Processing of notes for additional budgets/ contingency utilization and interline transfer.
- Provide/collate inputs for updation of Business case on periodic basis & on reaching critical mile stone.
- Provide input for WBS creation & release.
- Collating inputs for Annual Budgeting of the platforms.
- Quarterly estimates of Cash flows for the respective project

Compliance Aspects (Financial)
- Evaluation of taxation aspects & Forex implications on the overall project cost (import/export, GST etc.)
- Review of Commercial agreements for consultancy and other services
- Platform related- post project completion Audits
