Education: Semi Qualification- CA/CS/CMA; MBA- (in Finance); B. Com; M. Com
Experience: 5- 10 years
Technical Exposure: SAP; MS Office (Excel, word, Power point)
INCOME TAX
1.Monitoring Income Tax Portal and Tracking Notices, Preparing details and submission as per requirement of Income Tax Notices and Legal Counsel
2. Coordinating with Legal Counsel for Income Tax Assessments, Hearing and submissions. Keeping Track of Assessment and Litigation
3. Income Tax Computation Preparation and Filling Income Tax Return for Company
4. Preparation data and coordination for Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit (Form 3CEB) as per Income Tax.
5. Reconciliation of TDS/TCS Receivable with Form 26AS and tracking Income Tax refund, ensuring accounting after reconciliation with refundable amount.
TDS/TCS/WHT
1. Ensuring correct TDS/WHT deduction in SAP as per application sections.
2. Verifying PAN and Assessee status on Reporting Portal of Income Tax.
3. Checking monthly deduction/collection and timely deposition
4. Collecting relevant WHT docs from Vendors, arranging Form 15CB from consultant.
5. Preparing Form 15CA on Income Tax Portal. Posting WHT entry in SAP.
6. Preparing Return data and filing on the TRACES Portal as per timelines (Including revision and correction).
7. Ensuring Certificate distribution, resolving queries related to TDS/TCS/WHT to respective stakeholder/users
8. Handling lower TDS certificate and ensuring maintenance in SAP and correct deduction.
9. Posting TDS/TCS Credits received under various sections and reconciling the same with Form 26AS.
10.Posting TCS Liability based on collection / issuing CN/DN of TCS to customers.
11.Other routine work related to TDS/TCS/WHT
Treasury
1. Supporting Treasury team in Collection accounting and reconciliation
2. Bank Reconciliation
3. Other Treasury related activities
