GERMI has invited applications for the post of Manager/Senior Manager- Accounts on Contractual basis.

The Gujarat Energy Research & Management Institute (GERMI) is a centre of excellence in the energy sector, promoted by Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC), a Government of Gujarat Undertaking

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Payroll - Increments and Promotion
• Payroll Related Compliances - PT & PF
• Liaison with Banks and other Financial Authorities
• Book keeping
• Financial Instruments - BG / FD and OD
• Accounts Receivable
• Pre Audit
• Monthly MIS for Management
• Liaison with Government Authorities
• Reco. of AR and AP
• Preparation of Year End Account and Adjustments
• UC and Utilization plan of Grants / Donations
• Application of Form-13 (No TDS Certificate)
• Yearly Budget and Revised Budget

Qualifications:

• CA / ICWA with a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude
• Should have knowledge of Grant Accounting and PFMS
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
