The Johnson & Johnson has invited applications for the post of Assistant Manager Finance.

Assistant Manager Finance will interface with end-to-end Supply chain teams of India. It will have full responsibility of ensuring accurate costing, planning, reporting, and tracking of actuals for all aspects of Janssen India Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with End-to-End Supply Chain team of Jansen India:
  • Lead planning and update cycles for SC Finance
  • Support and partner functions like core Supply chain, Technical Operations and the Quality teams on cost monitoring and ad-hoc activities
  • Partner closely with “Partnership and external supply” (PES) and regional procurement team for value creation
  • Operational activities related to deputation cost in Supply Chain with appropriate engagement with the global stakeholders 
  • Partner with Supply chain and Commercial finance team for timely and correct costing of new products 
  • Lead the preparation and review of various SOPs related to Supply Chain Finance
  • Ensure accurate preparation, accounting and analysis of Inventory & OCNIS
  • Ensure accurate preparation of OCNIS working and review of the same
  • Ensure smooth closing & accurate reporting into BRAVO and Lynx
  • Prepare Inventory BSAR & DOS working 
  • Ensure preparation of Inventory SOP and review
  • Support preparation of brand contribution P&L
  • Prepare & submit quarterly COGS commentary to the region
  • Timely submission of ICP and standard cost reporting in regional and global systems
  • Ensure adequate process and financial controls are in place for supply chain
  • Ensure Direct & Indirect Tax compliances for COGS, Inventory & OCNIS.  Review GST reversal data, ensure GST debit note/Tax e-Invoices and booking in SAP. Ensure TSF details and any other inventory/COGS related details submission to GS for assessment of Income-tax and transfer pricing.
  • Ensure all compliances and support all statutory audits for Inventory, COGS & OCNIS. Ensure timely physical inventory verification of CFA and TPM sites. Execute and submit Inventory, OCNIS workings and schedules to GS for compilation for Global reporting, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and cost audit purpose

Qualifications:

  • CA/ICWA/CPA/MBA or equivalent degree in Finance & Accounting
  • 3 – 4 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of Finance / Accounting principles and processes
  • Prior working experience in an accounting or ‘Financial Planning & Analysis’ role
  • Strong user of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent thinking, strong planning & prioritization capabilities, team player
