The Mahindra invited applications for the post Platform Finance Head - MTB.

Qualification

• BE. + CMA/ MBA Finance /CA, From Auto Industry-OEM/Tier 1

Experience

• Experience- 8-10 years

Responsibilities

Financial-

• Co ordination in arranging of Business case inputs (Volume, Lead model, discounts, warranty, Capex & Revex)
• Old Open commitment closure with help of user department
• Preparation of SOP & closure document.
• Hold project- Keep track of hold project
• Monitoring of hours booking on project

Budget and Business case Monitoring-

• Compilation of project for budget
• Review and Processing of notes for additional budgets/ contingency utilization and interline transfer
• Custodian for monitoring the platform material cost. Closely work with PCM team to get the desired cost inputs
• Provide/collate inputs for updation of Business case on periodic basis & on reaching critical mile stone.
• Provide input for WBS creation & release.
• Collating inputs for Annual Budgeting of the platforms.
• Quarterly estimates of Cash flows for the respective project
• Keep watch on cross booking, Hold project

Compliance Aspects (Financial):

• Evaluation of taxation aspects & Forex implications on the overall project cost (import/ export, GST etc. )
• Review of Commercial agreements for consultancy and other services
• Platform related- post project completion Audits
