Responsibilities:
- Understanding Warehousing business and ensuring proper controls on the processes
- Monthly conducting Inventory verification for spare parts and packing material both.
- Packing Material consumption Process review and ensuring closure of consumption at each month end
- Scrap Accounting process handling
- Accounting of Monthly service and Capex bill of Service provider
- Periodic check on assets deployed by Service provider for M&M.
- Understanding Accounting and warehousing system of Service provider and reporting on data integration from that system to SAP in M&M.
- Handline issues like IUTN, vendor rejections etc and reporting.
- Preparing MIS on location wise costs.
- Monthly Dispatch Working with bifurcation as per logistics commercials
- Getting confirmation from service providers on delivered consignments and accordingly working out freight billing working
- Verifying freight working by service providers
- Keeping complete control of reconciliation on invoices raised & booked
