Job Description

The Senior Manager Financial Operations AP will be responsible for the service delivery of our Accounts Payable function for a specific geo/country and will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders within the Finance Shared Service Organization as well as the business. A key responsibility will be to deliver existing services at a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and controllership, besides supporting the growth in business. Leading a team of 150-200 resources, this position will provide overall leadership and direction to the team.

Basic Qualifications

• Masters, CA, CPA, or CWA with 18 or more years of relevant Finance and/or Operational experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication (verbal and written) skills; is able to positively influence behaviors and outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes from several angles, including from the perspective of a business process leaders, customers, and supporting internal stakeholders.
• Experience with complex problem solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques desired.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion.
• Internal and external customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

–CA, CPA, or CWA with 18 or more years of relevant Finance and/or Operational experience.

-10+ Years of experience in a Finance Shared Services environment with Retail Industry Experience.
