Job Description
- Exposure to Financial Planning, month close and other accounting activities, Must be able to act as a fall back to perform Financial activities
- Exposure to Variance analysis and providing business case justification on them
- Experience in working on ERP will be definitely plus
- Proficient in MS Excel. Ability to handle multiple files and large data is crucial
- A self-starter and an ability to drive the organization of the things wide is vital
- We should be able to critically view/validate the numbers to spot anomalies and draw right inferences. Must have the ability to triangulate them well.
- Proficient in communication and Inter-personal skills
- We should be able to effectively interact with stakeholders to gather relevant inputs. Must be able to communicate well. Management of interpersonal relationships will be crucial.
- Respect for timelines. Must have worked in an environment where the timing of completion of work is critical
- Working knowledge of Indirect tax will be helpful
Qualifications
- CA / CWA
- Hands-on experience in financial analytics and insight generation.
- Experience in various costing techniques in Service Industry.
- Expertise in Excel.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good Inter-personnel Skills
