Deloitte has invited applications for the post of Tax- Transfer Pricing- Executive-CEC 1.
As an Executive in DeloitteTax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations, Develops knowledge of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of TP Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of: Indian TP Regulations and OECD Guidelines
- Conducting benchmarking sets on public databases, namely AceTP, PROWESS and CAPITALINE
- Preparing TP Study including Industry Overview, FAR analysis and Benchmarking, Analyzing the Annual reports of the companies and
- preparing Qualitative Analysis sheet; Drafting TP studies to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.
- Computation of margins from databases as well as Annual reports.
- Finalizing the requirements of Form 3CEB, populating the Form 3CEB and verifying the supporting documentation for the international transactions as part of the transfer pricing audit.
- Assisting in assessment related work before transfer pricing officer
Qualifications:
- Graduate (B. Com) /Graduate (B.A.F) / Inter CA / CA Dropouts
- 0-2-year Experience in TP
- Basic Technical Knowledge about Tax
- Basic Computer Skills and Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge regarding Accounting and Financial Reporting / Ind-AS
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Creative and Innovative thinking
- People’s person, Team Player
- Persistent and persuasive
