QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s in commerce with additional qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant shared services finance experience and a minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience.
Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel skills with willingness/ability to analyze large amounts of data
- Strong capabilities in MS Word & PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, self-starter & highly motivated.
- Multi-tasking and creative problem solving
- Strong understanding of core finance business processes strong strategic thinking/problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and Blackline preferred of VBA coding to reduce production time and enhance customer experience.
- Experience with GAAP, IFRS, preferred
- Experience in Automation tools preferred.
- Fluency in communication & English
