The Unilever has invited applications for the post of D&A Analyst.
The D&A Analyst is responsible for delivering critical management reports on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. The job requires to collaborate the respective engagement partners serving the information and decision-making needs of the various business stakeholders in Unilever on regular basis. This role requires direct engagement with the stakeholders during the reporting period.
Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction from various landscapes, transformation using various tools, consolidation, validation and publication of the assigned reports accurately in full and on time.
- Prepare and update the Standard Operating Procedures for the reports preparation which is valid and helpful from training perspective.
- Execute Change requests and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all impacted reports
- To monitor performance scorecards of the team against SLAs and assist the operations manager in the review calls with the clients.
- Ability to independently interact and deal with all stakeholders.
- Maintain logs, identify discrepancies and suggest solutions for resolving the same, which bring process improvements, simplification and standardization.
- Assisting the transition manager with the migration of new reports ranging from medium to complex.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance sector/FMCG/KPO/Audit industries
- Understanding of Financial and Accounting Concepts.
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
- Basic Appreciation of Power BI, Power Queries, Macros, SAP Landscape
- Professional qualification in Finance (Ex: MBA – Finance, inter CA, M.Com)
- Good communication skills; oral and written.
- Good analytical skills with numerical ability to handle complex data, implement analytical techniques & provide the information in a simplified manner that is easily read & visually appealing.
- Good understanding of Business KPIs and their calculations.
- Trouble shooting skills
